  • The challenges/opportunities associated with modular design vs traditional construction methods.
  • Identify modular-specific details, such as considerations for fire safety, acoustics, floor/ceiling assemblies, and mechanical systems, and compare them to traditional construction details.
  • Gain insights from designers who have completed multifamily and hospitality projects using modular construction, and understand how these lessons apply to other project types.
